Denver to sand dunes via gold camp Rd, Phantom canyon Rd, Medano Pass.
Leaving Exmouth and heading via Minilya to Carnarvon. Uneventful drive but nice to be a this CP, Outback Oasis as recommended by the elderly couple we met at Whim Creek..
A day exploring the gulf side and the ranges, oh and getting a fuel filter fitted!
A days exploring the west gorges of Karijini. Poor lady with a broken angle at Kalamina gorge. Very frustrating time doing the Earth Cache because both our phones on Cachly played up, but beautiful walk to at least WP 4, so should be able to log it.
Dolphins early morning then some info fetching for Earth Caches before the fantastic tour of the old homestead at Francois Peron National Perk, including a beautiful soak in an artesian filled spa at 40 degree Celsius all the time. Then out too Cape Peron on the very sandy track. Had to assist one guy in a land rover with my brand new never used snatch strap. All in all a fabulous day.
Carnarvon to Denham in Shark Bay, easy drive no issues, grabbed a few caches then a nice walk around town checking everything out.
Broome to 80 mile beach, nothing Ng unusual. Only 2 caches on the way and no joy with the one at the caravan park!
Lake Argyle to Leyesters Rest, Max needed a new battery at Kununurra, RAC did the test and it failed! But all good now.
80 Mile Beach to Pardo Station, 2 interesting Geocaches on and near a confluence then a great explore around the creeks and beaches nearby. Red point looks great for fishing and Bones Creek good also, a little more isolated but really nice, just have to be careful around very high tides.
Pardoo station to Whim Creek, via The old town of Goldsworthy and the rail support road of BHP Billiton and a few other interesting rocky outcrops. One would make a great free camp spot.
